Australia, Brasil, Holland, Puerto Rico,Mexico, Canada and USA (Midsouth '94B and '94-5G)

 

 

The MidSouth girls advanced to semifinal,  and the boys beat Mexico for 5th place.

 

 

 

Tournament is young in 3rd year and next year additional 2 nations (Italy and Portugal will be invited). MSFC has an invitation for '95B and 95G as well for 2012 tournament.

Five MidSouth FC coaches receive the National Youth License

 

MidSouth FC had five coaches recently take and successfully receive the National Youth License.  The coaches are Carl Schmitt, Shawn Loth, Candice Spinolas, Louis Sanchez, and Peter Sangha.  The prerequisite for the course was a USSF “D” coaching license.  The course focuses on the ages of six to twelve.  The course instructors were Sam Snow, the Director of Coaching for US Youth Soccer, Tom Condone, the Director of Coaching for Tennessee Soccer, and Robert Parr, the Director of Coaching for Arkansas Soccer.  The course was conducted over the first two weekends of April at the Germantown Soccerplex.    MidSouth FC’s five coaches were the most from any club in the area.

 The 97 MidSouth boys played in the U14 Boys Silver Division in the “Super Clubs Tournament”  on Sept. 18th-19th, 2010 in Memphis, TN, The 97 Boys placed as finalist. Congratulations the the MSFC 97 Boys team.

"MidSouth FC 2000 Boys Champions at Battleground Tournament of Champions"

 

The U11 MidSouth boys played in the U11 Boys Blue Division in the “Battleground Tournament of Champions” soccer tournament on Sept. 18th-19th, 2010 in Franklin, TN, where they were crowned as Champions posting scores of: 3–1, 13–2, 4–2. They came from 2-1 down with three minutes to go and tied the game forcing Golden Goal overtime.  Two minutes into overtime, David Wakefield scored the game winning goal and winning the game 4-3.  Congratulations Coach Syl and the 2000 Boys team.

MidSouth FC 96 Boys  FC Alliance Fall Classic Champions!
 
The MidSouth FC 96 boys Red won the U15 Boys Red Division at the
in Knoxville Sept 11th and 12th. The boys won all their games.  The semifinal game and the final game were decided on Penalty Kicks.  Go MidSouth FC !!!
